Responsibilities

  1. Play a pivotal role in optimising our supply chain operations at the Global Supply Chain Hub in Warsaw.
  2. Evaluate global strategy to ensure seamless coordination across internal factories and align every demand with production timelines and material availability.
  3. Manage short-term and mid-term planning horizons, optimising stock levels and supercharging customer service.
  4. Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and execute game-changing solutions that keep the wheels of production turning smoothly.
  5. Balance capacity, material availability, and supply risks to guarantee maximum efficiency and minimum disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Supply/Operations Chain preferably within FMCG sectors of an international company, with a focus on Operations Planning Specialization and/or line scheduling in an international setting, and alignment with the skills and competency model.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, and a strong sense of ownership to navigate complexities of Imperial Brands' dynamic Supply Chain.
  • Excellent analytical abilities for conducting complex analyses and scenario building, a deep understanding of Imperial Brands' business, and customer service orientation.
  • Strong communication skills are crucial for representing the Global E2E Planning team in discussions with Regional, Global, and External Partners, while a proactive approach to process improvements and system optimisations is encouraged.
  • Experience and thorough understanding of planning system solutions (e.g., SAP APO, Microsoft Axapta, Vanguard, SAS) is required, along with proficiency in MS Office. Additionally, experience in system implementations and familiarity with data warehouse, SQL, Excel, Access, and Power tables is advantageous, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
