We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to be a key member of the ServiceNow project delivery team at KPMG. As a ServiceNow Transformation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, identifying problems, and proposing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Working with our international teams, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, develop implementation strategies, and work closely with developers and administrators to deliver solutions. In this role, you will support the technical delivery of transformation projects, perform SCRUM master tasks, and oversee workstream risks and issues. Your responsibilities will also include client reporting and managing both onshore and offshore resources to help us design and implement solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive business process analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Engage in the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to solution deployment, working closely with various stakeholders.
  • Provide in-depth functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities to create impactful business solutions.
  • Understand workflows, business rules, client scripting, and other aspects of ServiceNow to drive solution development.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, use cases, and workflow to ensure seamless solution deployment.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and workshops to drive understanding and solution development among stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve ServiceNow operations through regular analysis, maintenance, system optimization, and problem resolution.
  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to the ServiceNow platform or similar technologies.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience implementing technology-enabled service management workstreams, preferably with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development methodologies and system deployment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to facilitate conversations with business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with competence navigating project management and agile tools.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4) is a plus.
