Our purpose is to help individuals achieve their financial goals through our cutting-edge technology and forward-thinking platforms. With over people using our services, we offer a unique opportunity for recent graduates to join our Future Leaders Programme.

The programme is designed to fast-track the careers of exceptional graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for finance and technology. Participants will engage in a month-long training programme, rotating through various business functions and gaining insights into our industry-leading products.

The programme aims to develop a diverse talent pool across operations, technology, and commercial teams at IG. Throughout the programme, participants will experience hands-on learning in areas such as dealing, product, risk, compliance, commercial AI, and data science.

We are seeking recent graduates (with three years or less experience) and those predicted to graduate soon who possess an excellent track record of individual achievement. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable tackling complex problems using numerical and technical skills.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, math, science, engineering, or a similar field
  • First professional experience gained during or after studies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in financial markets and technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take initiative
