Business Process Management Graduate Program Internship Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Process Management Graduate Program Intern. As a key member of our process management team, you will be responsible for providing support to our business processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to our business processes, including maintaining established standards, tools, and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain BPM tool and database activities.
* Conduct process quality checks and publishing.
* Create supporting process documentation as required.
* Manage stakeholder queries and resolve issues concerning process management standards, tools, and compliance requirements.
* Execute reporting as per established standards, frameworks, and timeliness.

Requirements:

* Knowledge capture experience, including process documentation, mapping, and facilitation.
* Experience with Power Platform tools, such as Power BI and Power Automation.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to analyze and organize data into meaningful reporting packs.
* Solid interpersonal skills, including communication and knowledge sharing.
* Experience working with diverse teams.
* Attention to detail and ability to set and deliver against agreed deadlines.
* Strong technical aptitude and systems acumen, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
