Your Responsibilities
  1. Process routine PR-PO transactions, ensuring adherence to organizational goals and client expectations.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers to prepare purchase orders within specified deadlines.
  3. Offer initial support to stakeholders and suppliers, escalating complex queries to senior colleagues when necessary.
  4. Utilize ticketing tools to manage interactions with external suppliers via email and phone.
  5. Manage administrative tasks associated with purchases, maintaining accurate records and tracking orders.
About This Role
  1. You'll need a solid grasp of English language skills, preferably at the B2 level.
  2. Prior experience in operational procurement, customer service, or sales support is advantageous.
  3. You'll excel in teamwork and stakeholder engagement, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. SAP/Ariba experience is beneficial but not required.
