Multilingual Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. This includes resolving customer complaints, answering queries, and implementing solutions to meet customer needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced customer service support via multiple channels;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner;
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues;
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (C1);
  • Experience in sales is desirable but not essential;
