As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in facilitating meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and identifying, specifying, and analyzing business and system requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Identify, specify, and analyze business and system requirements
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog
  • Participate actively in development team meetings and support Business representatives in presenting their needs
  • Collaborate with other product teams, technical teams, Business representatives, and PMO as part of project work
  • Create and present reports, recommendations, and product development plans (roadmaps)

Our client is a leading company in the laboratory testing market, operating for over three decades and offering a wide range of diagnostic tests for patients, companies, and medical facilities.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst or Product Owner: minimum 3 years
  • Independence in conducting business and system analysis
  • Experience in managing the product backlog
  • Knowledge of source data analysis techniques, estimation, prioritization, and description of requirements
  • Knowledge of IT tools for business and system analysis
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to manage a project in both agile and traditional approaches
  • An additional asset will be general knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
