Job Summary:
We offer a competitive salary of 45,000 - 55,000 PLN per month, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
About the Role:
As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely, friendly, and efficient assistance to customers on a variety of technical issues related to Autodesk products. You will also engage in proactive support activities such as developing and presenting webinars, hosting Q&A sessions on online communities, or presenting at company events.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, web, and other channels.Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledge base.Research, verify, and document product issues.Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on progress.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- A passion for helping people and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Bonus Skills:
The following skills would be beneficial but are not required:
- Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, or other Autodesk AEC and BIM/ACC products.
- Customer service experience.
