About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Expert to join our Client Services EMEA Middle-Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register and process client requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with client satisfaction objectives.
  • Control and evaluate the quality of service provided to clients, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Master the MyStateStreet.com tool, utilizing its features to streamline client interactions and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Act as an escalation point for client requests, collaborating with operational experts to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Accurately complete tools for monitoring client requests, ensuring seamless communication and transparency throughout the process.
  • Participate in governance with clients, leading committees and writing agendas and minutes of meetings to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • Build functional and technical expertise of the operating model in place for clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide support and training to clients around the MyStateStreet.com tool, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to maximize its benefits.
  • Write and update department procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Take responsibility for identifying suspicious activity and reporting/escalating it in accordance with State Street rules, upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
