Job Title: Administration and Data Support

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Data Specialist to join our team at Randstad Polska. This is a unique opportunity to develop your data analysis skills in the field of technology and telecommunications.

Your Tasks:


  • Serving as the first point of contact and liaison with external EMEA vendors
  • Taking quote orders and requesting prices for leased lines from all carriers to secure the best prices, terms, and quality
  • Processing Service Inquiries for the assigned region in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participating in a team driving the off-net quoting process for access pricing in EMEA and providing data analysis support
  • Defining circuit requirements and sourcing competitive pricing quotes from vendors across the EMEA region
  • Working closely with Carrier Relation Managers (CRM) to ensure the regional strategy is followed


What We Expect:


  • English: B2/C1 level (spoken and written)
  • Previous professional experience in similar job positions or in the SSC/BPO sector (nice to have)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors, sales, and other key stakeholders
  • An analytical approach with a sharp eye for detail
  • Previous experience and understanding of the technology/telecommunications industry (nice to have, but not essential)
  • The ability to quickly learn new procedures, products, and services
  • A team player with a self-motivator, proactive in approach to the role, and a "can do" attitude
