About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing, completing, and creating new master data and change requests in various systems, including SAP.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process master data and change requests in multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Screen vendor data during onboarding processes, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with other master data specialists and support daily operations, providing expertise as needed.
  • Maintain communication with other ADM locations across European countries, fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Work closely with internal customers to address their needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Confirm bank details with suppliers via phone or email (English and Polish fluency required).
  • Evaluate daily performance against set targets and deadlines, implementing improvements as necessary.
Your Profile
  • Prior experience in administration and international environments is essential, with Shared Service and/or Master Data background being an asset.
  • Proficient spoken and written English skills; additional language proficiency (French, German, Romanian, Russian, Dutch, Spanish, Turkish) is beneficial.
  • Graduate of philological, administrative, or technical studies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with effective communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with SAP and knowledge of other ERP systems is an advantage.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
