  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will need to manage project risks, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are also crucial, as the candidate will need to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet project deadlines;
  • Experience working with project management software tools and technologies is highly desirable, as is knowledge of industry-leading project management methodologies;
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer focus, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • They will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality;
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, although not mandatory; relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous but not essential;
  • Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a services delivery organization implementing complex IT solutions;
  • Relevant technical skills, such as MS Office, Azure DevOps, and MS Project, would be beneficial;
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is desirable but not required.
