Kdr HR is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies in new regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion in new regions
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to drive business growth
- Conduct thorough market analysis to inform business decisions and optimize performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and exceed expectations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
