Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional HR support to employees during critical moments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via ticketing tool, email, and phone.
  • Process HR documentation with accuracy and administer employee lifecycle services.
  • Validate and process employee-related data.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party HR services providers.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and best practices.
  • Provide live phone call support to employees.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR Administration or Customer Service.
  • Experience in HR systems such as SAP HCM and MS Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate in an international matrix organization.
  • Mindset of continuous improvement and ability to train and onboard others.
  • Cultural agility to work with diverse teams and employee groups.
  • Analytical capability to analyze data and provide insight.
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
