About the Role:

Miele Polska is looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team in the Central-Eastern Europe region. As a key member of our Regional SEE Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating logistics operations across CEE Cluster countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate logistics operations executed by 3PL providers, focusing on warehousing and distribution across CEE Cluster.
  • Create and manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all operations.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Lead and develop the Operational Logistics Team located across CEE Cluster countries, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Co-create and implement the logistics projects roadmap aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ year experience in logistics, supply chain management, and/or operations, including experience in leadership roles.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with logistics service providers and vendors.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team player open to work in international, matrix, and cross-functional environments.
  • Leadership and coaching abilities to lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
