We are looking for an experienced Game Producer to join our team at Virtuos Warsaw.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a strong team dynamic to motivate each member to achieve high-quality results;
  • Work with stakeholders to develop effective outsource-based cooperation strategies;
  • Create project visions, charters, sprint, and milestone goals in collaboration with teams;
  • Select the best-suited game development methodology to guarantee quality products and validate workflow pipelines;
  • Set project goals and milestones with a deep understanding of the game market, competitors, and constraints;
  • Define and assign tasks and priorities with the help of team leads;
  • Schedule deliverables, adjusting production timelines as needed;
  • Develop and monitor development strategies and budgets;
  • Communicate project objectives clearly to production teams using tracking tools;
  • Identify industry best practices and communicate them effectively to teams;
  • Anticipate risks and implement action plans to overcome them;
  • Provide transparent project status updates and risk communication to stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-4+ years of experience as a Producer, managing teams within the creative or software development industry;
  • Good working knowledge of the games industry;
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Hansoft, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.;
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English language proficiency.

Salary Estimate: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum.
