Production Operations Director

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Manager to join our team at Titanx Engine Cooling Sp. z o.o.

About the Role:

As an Industrial Manager, you will oversee and manage the technical aspects of production resources in our plant, monitoring their performance, and implementing necessary improvements.

You will lead the technical team in the plant, planning, and supervising the execution of assigned tasks. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the efficiency indicators of machines and equipment, implementing corrections to achieve production plans, and enhancing applied technologies.

In addition, you will monitor and expand technical production resources based on production data and execute new investments when needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of production resources in the plant
• Lead the technical team in the plant, planning, and supervising the execution of assigned tasks
• Analyze the efficiency indicators of machines and equipment and implement corrections as needed
• Monitor and expand technical production resources based on production data
• Execute new investments when needed
• Maintain constant contact and cooperation with external companies within the scope of assigned responsibilities
• Initiate and implement activities aimed at improving occupational health and safety
• Reduce required direct production resources in production and logistics areas
• Develop and execute actions to improve the efficiency of the supervised area of activity
• Participate in the acceptance of new or modified workstations
• Define standards for production means, process design, and their improvement in the area of final assembly machines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Higher education in a relevant field
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the automotive industry is a plus)
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
• Knowledge of process management tools such as FMEA, Control Plan (CP), Lean methodology, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and optimizing production lines and workstations
• Creativity and resourcefulness in improving and enhancing production processes
• Open for business travel
