About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a diverse and international team and contribute to the development of innovative InsurTech products. As a strategic role, you will support growth and delivery on dependencies and synergies across the portfolio of products, working closely with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional leaders within the domain.

  • Developing and overseeing the roadmap of a product, focusing on product vision and growth of the area, product responsibility of digital assets
  • Ensuring alignment on the product vision across product domains and maintaining Product Definitions made within the given area
  • Applying the appropriate process in the domain (Release or Test Management etc.)
  • Coordinating and managing the Product Portfolio of the given area
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and POs to ensure delivery of scope to programs
  • Participating in software delivery estimations for new requests in the T-shirt and BIC estimation phase
  • Serving as the main point of contact for new estimation requests
  • Maintaining optimal relationships with business stakeholders and providing transparency in communication, ensuring timely information (reports, etc.) is provided to stakeholders when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fully proficient in English
  • Several years of experience with SAP applications
  • Experience in the area of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role or Product Manager position
  • Leadership experience in an international environment and across multiple digital products
  • Strong understanding of Agile and proven experience working with an Agile team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in building a product roadmap and setting realistic product goals/outcomes
  • Excellent understanding of IT systems and digital products
  • Strong knowledge of Budgeting & Estimation
  • Experience in delivering multiple products within tight schedules
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in building successful business relations
