We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team at TN Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate payroll data and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Set up new hires or employee transfers and compile payroll information
  • Provide detailed statistical payroll data for decision-making and expense control
  • Verify the accuracy of employee time reporting and address any issues
  • Enhance current policies and processes to improve efficiency
  • Support employees with payroll-related queries

You should have a good knowledge of one of the European languages, such as Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field

  • Previous experience with different payroll packages and managing outsourced payroll providers
