Enterprise Expansion Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Expansion Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace software GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through targeted acquisition and expansion efforts with our partners and regional franchise operators in Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and deliver sales leadership to customer accounts and partner-driven sales in the Balkans, Caucasus, and Central Asian states.
  • Engage with potential customers, convert prospects, and maintain accounts in your region.
  • Collaborate with Regional Franchise Operators, Partners, and Dynatrace teams.
  • Execute territory plans to maximize revenue within Eastern Europe.
  • Consult with executives to develop and implement enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Establish Dynatrace in new markets through product demos and events.
  • Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners.
  • Work with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other teams.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in closing enterprise software sales and have a strong understanding of the market in Eastern Europe.
  • You are fluent in Russian and English and can communicate effectively with customers and partners.
  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate deals.
  • You are confident in building a diverse territory plan and have experience in leveraging a sales ecosystem.
