About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director for Agile Software Development to join our team at Netguru. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead diverse agile IT projects and work with globally recognized clients who shape the world through software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the budget, scope, and timeline, and report development progress to stakeholders.
  • Work directly with external clients to build long-term relationships, manage expectations, and have a business-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of overall project success with the support of a team and according to best practices learned during onboarding.
  • Motivate, support, and guide the project team.
  • Create or facilitate creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when necessary.
  • Look for improvements and question the status quo.
  • Be ready to face unpredictable situations and come up with the best solutions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An in-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 4 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects.
  • Be well-versed in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools - Jira, Pivotal Tracker, or other.
  • Have experience continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices.
  • Have experience in presales activities, able to uncover needs and constraints of a future client, and craft a compelling offer.
  • Easily understand clients' needs in various business models and have experience proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions.
  • Have a proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers, and QA specialists.
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish (C1+).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between PLN 12,900 and 19,500 monthly gross (Contract of employment) or PLN 15,500 and 23,400 monthly before tax (Long-term contract).
