East European Sales Manager for Probiotics Biosolutions

About the Position:

As our new Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive growth in the rapidly expanding European probiotics market. Your responsibilities will include executing our Human Health & Nutrition strategy, positioning Chr. Hansen Holding A/S as a leading supplier, and managing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the Polish and East European markets
  • Become our ambassador in the region, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Manage customer projects efficiently using Sales Force and customer request processes
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for growth, collaborating closely with other departments
  • Create and manage account strategies to drive commercial success

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the dietary supplement or OTC market for probiotics
  • Scientific background (Nutritional Science, Food Science, Pharmacy, or Biology) and master's degree
  • Excellent English and East European language skills (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with systems like SAP, Excel, and Salesforce
