Job Title: Sales Director Baltics

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Baltics region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a multinational FMCG company.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
