Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

Pandora is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join its Integration Services team in Poland. As a key member of the platform line leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Integration Services platform line, comprising four teams covering Event Drive Integration (Kafka), Kong, and Biztalk.

About the Role:

  • Lead delivery of the Integration Services platform line, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to budgets.
  • Support in managing teams' budget, staffing, and vendors to optimize performance.
  • Embed agile ways of working, driving iterative delivery of value and establishing a continuous development mindset in teams.
  • Coach teams in agile practices and drive efforts to upskill the BizTalk team in adopting agile tooling and practices.
  • Keep track of delivery, team capacity, and increase visibility of committed workload, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
  • Facilitate scrum events and quarterly planning events, including teams' readiness ceremonies, quarterly planning, retro, and review.
  • Support Product Management in creating clear OKRs and ensure focus on delivering the right value to the business.
  • Support teams to maintain delivery pace and remove impediments and blockers hindering delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in agile delivery (5+ years), in an RTE, Lead/Senior Scrum Master roles or similar.
  • Servant leadership mindset and great coaching skills, empowering and educating teams for efficient delivery.
  • Good knowledge of agile methodology and practices (Scrum, Kanban), ideally, including effective scaled agile frameworks (for example SAFe or Spotify).
  • Certification in an agile framework is required (for example Certified Scrum Master or Leading SAFe).
  • Experience in setting up new agile teams or embedding them into new Product Lines/Squads/Agile Release Trains is a plus.
  • Good practice in planning and managing flow, driving sensible consistency in teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex internal and external dependencies.
  • Problem solver, removing impediments teams face.
  • Ability to plan and build budgets, and track adherence to budget.
  • Able to work with delivery community to continuously review processes and seek improvements.
