Our team consists of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Training Designer / Content Developer to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Business Departments to gather training requirements and working closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and wider teams to provide relevant updates and action feedback.
  • Designing, developing, and narrating various types of training content, including e-learnings, instructor-led trainings, tests/quizzes, evaluation surveys, videos, scripts, and leveraging Gen AI technology.
  • Creating interactive and modern-looking training materials (handouts, manuals, policies) and publishing them in our Learning Management System.
  • Researching technical solutions and suggesting design ideas, advising Business Departments contacts on the recommended development and implementation approach.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
  • Recommending creative solutions to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Ensuring all trainings are implemented consistently to create a coherent end-user experience, aligned with Corporate Standards.
  • Customizing learning materials to address diversity and ensure inclusivity, accessibility, and relevance across different regions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree-level education (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Evolve, Elucidat) and the ability to decide which technology and tool fits best specific training requirements.
  • Strong training design and training content development experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to translate Business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with graphical design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Word are essential).
  • Very good English and Polish language skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently or as a member of a global team.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a growth mindset.
