Responsibilities:
  • Liaison Services: Acts as liaison with third party contractors and consultants for projects associated with regulated substances.
  • Agency Liaison: Acts as liaison with governmental agencies, and City departments for environmental matters relating to URP and BD sites.
  • Administrative Duties: Code and ensure that invoices and check requests are turned in to AP in a timely manner.
  • Data Collection: Collect and upload compliance data to RECLAIM, SMARA, DOORS, TRUCRS, PERP, CERS, SMARTS, and GEOTRACKER.
Requirements:
  • Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in local, state (CA) and federal environmental regulations and compliance.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience with CA environmental regulations (preferred).
  • Driver's License: Valid Driver's License with an excellent DMV record.
