Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized marketing and communication plans to engage with customers and drive business growth.
  • Build awareness between customers and the business development team on strategic business and market insights, trends in food, and translate these into solutions for the business.
  • Gather and leverage customer data in CRM systems, recognizing changing client behavior and preferences, and adapting action plans accordingly.
  • Understand the customer journey to identify areas of improvement and develop effective strategies to engage with customers.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in the Food Sector (B2B), and possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to conclude and drive business growth. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to influence others, and be fluent in business English.
