Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

At Sonova Warsaw Service Center Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

The Business Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes providing secretarial/reception services, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the setup of meetings and conferences, including arranging for catering and audio-visual equipment.
  • Receive, screen, and direct incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Process general office administration activities, such as room planning and office supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
