Job Title: German Language Customer Service Representative

This role requires a strong focus on providing top-notch customer service support in the German language. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving routine problems related to clients' products or services.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date on Volkswagen Group's latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
  • Utilizing knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in German.
  • Good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
  • The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
