We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Ryanair Customer Support specialists with Spanish/Italian/German language skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting passengers, supporting them with travel difficulties and providing information via incoming calls/chat/e-mails on the following topics: baggage, booking tickets, rescheduling flights.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting targets.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Spanish/Italian/German on a communicative level (min. B2)
  • Ability to operate Windows operating system and MS Office package
