  1. Driving Strategic Transformation: Contribute to the development of solutions and analytics that drive strategic transformation, risk optimization, and operational excellence.
  2. Enhancing Risk Management: Analyze and assess the risk associated with trading activities, focusing on market risk and its impact on VaR.
  3. Providing Valuable Insights: Prepare regular VaR reports for senior management, offering valuable insights into market conditions.
  4. Cultivating Collaboration: Foster close relationships with Market Risk Managers, Traded Risk Analysts, IT Support, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  5. Developing Data Solutions: Build efficient controls, reports, and tools to help maintain and analyze Traded Risk data.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in banking, e.g., Risk, Product Control, Front Office, Middle Office.
  • Profound understanding of the Risk function and Risk reporting, VaR, and risk sensitivities analysis, preferably for the Fixed Income asset class.
  • Outstanding data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Desirable coding skills in Python.
  • Highly organized and ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Open personality and effective communication skills, with the ability and flexibility to work in an international team.
