Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Product Lead to spearhead the development of features that enhance customer journeys and experience across all core domains at 888WH group.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead the ideation and development of features to improve customer experiences, working closely with business owners and stakeholders to identify needs and gather requirements.
  • You will collaborate with Customer Research, Design, and Data teams to analyze customer requirements and align them with strategic business goals, planning effective user experiences.
  • You will define high-level business requirements, analyze business value, and prioritize features based on business cases.
  • You will lead product aspects across all phases and work hand-in-hand with Product Owners to bring features to life.
  • You will facilitate collaboration with various organizational units, including marketing, R&D, UX/UI designers, BI, and more.
  • You will take initiatives, problem statements, or feature requests and break them down into actionable pieces of work that bring the most value and align with strategy.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager using Agile methodology, with expertise in Internet and mobile technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working with numerous interfaces and matrix management.
  • Data-driven, business-oriented, analytical, creative, and original thinking skills.
  • Ability to drive processes, demonstrating autonomy, accountability, and proactive behavior.
  • Knowledgeable in the gaming industry, B2C, and core products.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
