About the Role:

As a Frontend Engineer at Mozaiq, your responsibilities will include leading the implementation of visually appealing and highly functional web interfaces using frontend technologies like React.js and Vue.js.

You'll work closely with our design and backend teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Become a key member of our international marketing team, focusing on the digital aspect of campaigns and online presence.
  2. Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications primarily using Vanilla JavaScript and Vue.js.
  3. Translate designs from Figma into functional and responsive web pages.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to bring designs to life and ensure functional requirements are met.
  5. Use Git for source code version control, ensuring smooth collaboration with other developers.
  6. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, applying best practices to ensure applications are modern, efficient, and scalable.
  8. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on efficient code and system performance.
  9. Participate actively in an Agile development process to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  10. Ensure high testability of code, integrating thorough testing practices to maintain and improve software quality.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
  • Advanced knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript and proficiency in frameworks such as Vue.js and React.js.
  • Familiarity with Python, particularly with using Flask and managing Jinja templates for backend integration and customization.
  • Proven ability in various types of testing, including end-to-end, regression, and unit tests, demonstrating a robust understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in designing and implementing responsive web designs and using CSS preprocessors such as SASS.
  • Ability to effectively translate design documents and wireframes into functional, efficient code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality code.
  • Fluent in English, with superior written and verbal communication skills, as all internal communications are in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a large team environment.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Experienced with Agile development practices and proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA.
