We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Development Manager to drive our expansion into new markets and fuel the growth of our business.

About inStreamly:

Instreamly P.S.A. is revolutionizing the streaming industry by empowering creators and brands to connect with audiences worldwide. With a strong presence in 15 markets, we are looking for a talented professional to join our team and contribute to our global success.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with our cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

Key Challenges:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with international business partners, including brands, marketing agencies, and media companies.
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in new markets.
  • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in global markets.
  • Collaborating with our Creative Campaign, Streamer Success, and Product teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, including pipeline development and revenue forecasts.
  • Running international campaigns with elements of project management.
  • Preparing reports for clients about campaign results.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and maintaining a deep understanding of inStreamly technology and solutions that we can offer to our clients.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in collaborating with clients in foreign markets, preferably in the gaming, tech, or marketing industries.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing and gaming industry.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to handle challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.

Your manager will be Jan Czerniecki - Head of Sales & Account Management. You will be working on the success of the global market together with your team of Sales and Account Managers. In addition, you will have a chance to work with our Creative Campaign, Streamer Success, and Product teams to prove to our clients that inStreamly is the leader and expert in the industry.
