As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Unit4 NV, you will play a critical role in driving online visibility, generating quality traffic, and improving conversion rates across all digital platforms. Our innovative Enterprise and Business software solutions empower people in service organizations, and we are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven professional to manage our Demand Generation campaigns, Paid & Organic Search strategy, Paid Social Media, and Retargeting activity.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of Paid Media and SEO principles, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with our agency to develop, coordinate, manage, and expand paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.

  • Paid Media Responsibilities:
  • Develop audience targeting and segmentation for display ads, social media ads (LinkedIn), and retargeting campaigns.
  • Work with the website team to manage tracking tags across all Paid Media platforms (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
  • Ensure proper tagging of campaigns to track performance and customer behavior in line with measurement framework.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to optimize ad performance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to guide ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate with the agency on managing the campaign budget.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all points in the customer journey funnel.

You will also be responsible for optimizing website content, landing pages, and blog posts to enhance organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. This includes conducting comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO audits, working with developers to implement technical SEO fixes, and ensuring all pages are properly indexed.
