At VS Holding, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to spearhead our lead generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for generating potential leads through LinkedIn and other platforms, communicating with cold leads, and turning them into warm ones.

The ideal candidate will possess strong German and English skills, as well as experience with LinkedIn and/or Upwork platforms. They will also have the ability to analyze and compile ICP, write scripts for reach-out, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generation of potential leads through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Communication (written) with cold leads and turning them into warm ones
  • Import of lead data into the CRM system
  • Close cooperation with the sales and marketing departments
  • Launching outgoing campaigns to attract potential leads
