  • You will collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements
  • You must be fluent in Romanian.
  • A knowledge of English (B2) and Polish will be an asset.
  • You should have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in the technology industry.
  • You should understand customer service processes and be able to solve problems proactively.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • You should be able to work independently and under pressure.
  • You should be able to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
