Dentons Business Services EMEA serves as the operational backbone of Dentons, enabling exceptional service delivery to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Amsterdam team but working out of Warsaw. The successful candidate will work with Dentons' Amsterdam-based team in winning new business and increasing market presence.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the proposal process, collaborating closely with compliance and pricing teams, maintaining accurate proposal records, and preparing high-quality supporting materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, a confident personality, and ability to voice professional opinions.

A strong organizational and prioritization skillset, with an eye for detail, is essential for this role. Additionally, advanced proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint is required.

This dynamic role offers a large extent of flexibility and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
