Treasury Role Overview
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with our team at HTH Recruitment to manage our company's cash and banking activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash management duties, including cash positioning, wire payments, and periodic reporting, primarily focused on US and Canadian operations.
- Monitor banking operations to ensure sufficient funds are available at all times to meet payment obligations and assist in the preparation of short and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Assist with daily treasury investigations for both external and internal inquiries, including audit requests.
- Maintain inventory of all bank account signatories and update signatories when necessary.
- Administer banking websites, including user setup, assigning access, and support of internal users.
- Manage bank documentation process for new bank account openings, addition of services, bank requests for KYC refresh, and account closures.
- Provide administration and analysis on domestic bank accounts, collections, disbursements, and support international business operations on cash and banking requirements.
- Assist with implementation and migration to new treasury management system and updated corporate banking structure.
- Work closely with accounting, credit, accounts payable, and legal to manage treasury activities.
- Act as liaison to banks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
- SAP and Hyperion Financial Management not required but a plus.
- 3+ years' experience in the following areas:
- Treasury
- Cash management
- Accounting
- Audit
- SOX compliance
