Our team is at the forefront of incorporating AI-driven features, including smart reply suggestions and automated ticket identification, to elevate user experience. You'll collaborate with our experienced backend developers, product designers, QAs, and leadership to drive product growth.

Our tech stack includes Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes, allowing us to build scalable and high-performing systems. We're adaptable and open to exploring new tools to achieve our goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance backend services that power our product while ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Optimize and maintain existing backend services to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Participate in shaping the product and making informed decisions about its backend architecture.
  • Collaborate with other backend developers to deepen your understanding of the product and discuss technical requirements.
  • Work closely with our support team to resolve complex customer issues.

You may be an excellent fit for this role if you

  • Have extensive experience in Node.js (TypeScript) and enjoy building robust backend services.
  • Excel in working with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
  • Are proficient in Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes, especially in GCP environments.
  • Understand how to develop scalable, secure code for growing products.
  • Are interested in security protocols like OAuth.
  • Nice to have: Experience with email technologies (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, etc.).
  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment and is proactive in finding solutions.

The Way We Work
