About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Professional to join our team at Text SA. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.

Job Description

As a Customer Support Professional, your primary responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing quick and efficient communication with customers
  • Collaborating with technical support teams on complex cases
  • Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
  • Staying up-to-date with product information and releases
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English language skills
  • Previous experience in business customer support
  • Fast typing skills (at least 40 WPM)
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work the graveyard shift
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML (a plus)
