About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team as part of our continued growth in the IT sector. As an ERP expert, you will play a crucial role in solving customer inquiries and providing competent support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling customer inquiries (IT tickets) with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Analyzing problems, identifying errors, and finding effective solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Crafting comprehensive documentation of inquiries to facilitate knowledge sharing and improvement.
  • Communicating customer needs to the development department to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Continuously developing product knowledge in various areas to provide expert support.
  • Testing and documenting new modules and releases to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in ERPs or logistics, with a strong background in customer/client support.
  • Excellent understanding of software and business processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve complex issues.
  • Strong team and communication skills, with fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
  • Advanced IT knowledge, including SQL and programming expertise.
  • Detailed knowledge of logistics, including warehousing, procurement, order management, production, and material management.
