Customer Success Technical Support Specialist

As a leading provider of loyalty and gamification solutions, Open Loyalty is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
We're a successful SaaS product company with 60+ clients across 40+ countries, offering innovative loyalty programs at scale. Our solution includes features like points, tiers, rewards, referrals, coupons, challenges, and more.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in Polish and English, previous experience in supporting B2B products, and basic testing skills using Postman or other tools. They should also have a can-do attitude, optimism, and assertiveness, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Our benefits package includes completely remote work, a choice of hardware, learning budget, premium private healthcare, Multisport, and English classes. We offer a competitive salary range, estimated to be between $55,000 and $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for customers, maintaining a positive attitude, and acting as a trusted partner while handling queries. You will attend regular video meetings, run training sessions, respond to email queries, and report issues and support customer accounts.
Qualifications include fluency in both Polish and English, previous experience in supporting a B2B product, and basic testing skills using Postman or other tools. A can-do attitude, optimism, and assertiveness are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
