Junior Customer Success Specialist
Twój zakres obowiązków
- kontakt z klientem,
- weryfikacja umów z naszymi klientami,
- weryfikacja i obsługa spraw zgłoszonych przez klientów,
- współpraca z innymi działami w firmie.
Nasze wymagania
- znajomość języka angielskiego (na poziomie min. B1) – must have,
- łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów, umiejętność budowania pozytywnych i długofalowych relacji z klientem,
- wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne – jest to praca z ludźmi,
- umiejętność podejmowania decyzji – szukamy osoby, która potrafi być asertywna,
- otwartość na poszerzanie wiedzy – nie wymagamy doświadczenia, mamy własnych szkoleniowców i z nami na pewno wiele się nauczysz,
- dobrą organizację – w dużej mierze to ty organizujesz swój czas pracy,
- umiejętność analitycznego myślenia / wyciągania wniosków.
- doświadczenie w telefonicznej obsłudze klienta,
- umiejętności pracy pod presją czasu,
- dobry humor.
