For our Client, a prestigious airline company, we are looking for Candidates interested in position of:
Customer Support Specialist with Italian
This job is based in Wroclaw, there is no possibility to work remotly.
Responsibilities:
- Providing e-mail and telephone customer service,
- Receiving incoming calls from clients,
- Solving customer problems by phone,
- Processing consumer matters, cooperation with other departments,
- Supporting the activities of the e-commerce program.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English and Italian in speech and writing at a minimum B2 level,
- Experience in customer service will be an asset,
- Willingness to gain experience in an international organization,
- Excellent communication skills.
