JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Support Analyst serves as the initial point of contact for our
company's clients. They provide first-line support and communicate with
clients regarding support requests that may be redirected to other
specialists. We operate in 2 countries with an international client base, so
our working language is English.
We expect that you have excellent communication skills, speak and write
English fluently and are familiar with the fintech industry. As a member of a
team in a rapidly growing company, you are able to organize yourself and
constantly think about improvements to the customer support process.
Our SaaS platform is seen as one of the best in the Private Equity industry
and we attach a big part of our success to our hardworking Customer
Success, Product and Engineering teams. This is why we are looking for an
exceptional Customer Support Analyst that would like to grow with us.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the first line of support in various channels for our clients;
Solve client issues and ensure success to create a positive customer
experience;
Build trusted relationships at the customer side to understand their
goals;
Maintain communication and data integrity among
system, clients, and third parties;
Create and deliver high-quality system training sessions;
Have a strong understanding of our PE Solution to articulate our value
proposition to customers; and
Work with cross-functional counterparts in Customer Success,
Accounting and Product.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a BSs in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field of study;
You have 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, or a similar
role;
You have experience working with or in the Private Equity, Venture
Capital, or Fund Services;
You set the bar very high, pay attention to detail, and have strong
organizational skills;
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
You are confident in presenting to clients, and taking on challenging
client conversations;
You have the ability to deliver results under pressure, and take
ownership of assigned tasks;
You are skilled in the use of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel;
and
You are fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal).
