We're looking for a talented Technical Support Analyst to join our Technical Support team, responsible for managing requests related to our product suite.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual who's curious about the latest IT technologies, willing to learn, and help customers use our product suite effectively. Prior experience in the IT-related field is a plus but not necessary.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers and internal users via various channels (email, occasional video calls)
  • Analyze and resolve support requests related to our product suite (technical, operational)
  • If needed, escalate customer technical issues to our development team and collaborate to resolve reported issues and improve system quality
  • Develop process and internal system improvements through own ideas and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Tech-savviness, understanding of digital business, interest in innovative software solutions
  • Accountability, responsibility, readiness to take ownership of tasks and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work in shift patterns, either morning, afternoon, or night shifts
  • Familiarity with basic web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required

What We Offer:

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that only applications from candidates with the right to stay and work in Poland are acceptable. The role is 100% remote, but we regularly organize company meetings and events in Wroclaw or close proximity.
