Customer Service Representative for Infor Nexus Products

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Infor, supporting our Nexus products. As a key member of our Client Service Specialist team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Interact with customers via email and phone, manage their inquiries, and ensure full resolution of their concerns.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Analyze and resolve customer inquiries related to Infor Nexus products, utilizing industry-standard problem management tools.
- Process Assistance: Assist users with completing transactions on the Infor Nexus platform, understanding their specific buyer-seller relationship needs.
- Internal and External Communication: Communicate effectively with various internal departments within Infor and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid technical knowledge of computer applications and software, including proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service and/or operations, focusing on supporting software applications, is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer relationships and work independently as well as part of a team.
The following qualifications are advantageous:
- Computer Familiarity: Good working knowledge of computers and familiarity with common software applications used in corporate environments.
- EDI or Data Interchange: Knowledge of EDI or related data interchange technologies is a plus.
- Supply Chain Experience: Understanding of working in a supply chain environment is an added advantage.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
As a Customer Service Representative at Infor, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
