**Role Summary**

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to map, establish, and implement our outbound sales strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.
  • Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and reach out to potential customers using various outbound sales channels, including email, phone, social media, and other methods.
  • Outreach Strategies: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage potential customers, utilizing strong technical skills for email setup and deliverability optimization.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and analyze performance metrics to refine outreach strategies and optimize efforts for maximum effectiveness.
  • Closing Deals: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities using HubSpot CRM.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry meetings and conferences.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in outbound sales in SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Outbound Channels: Experience using multiple channels for outreach, including email, phone, social media, and other innovative methods.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in using outbound sales tools (Apollo, Ln Sales Navigator, Clay etc.) and CRM software (Hubspot or similar).
  • Email Setup: Strong technical skills related to email setup and deliverability optimization.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Copywriting: Ability to write persuasive and engaging sales copy.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Hunter Mentality: Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality.
  • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
  • PLG Experience: Experience in PLG company that successfully transitioned into mid-market deals is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Salary: Base salary: 11,000–15,000 PLN net + plus commission (OTE: 22,000 PLN net)
