Zakres obowiązków:
  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych Klientów,
  • Sprzedaż usług outsourcingu procesów, pracy tymczasowej i rekrutacji stałych,
  • Pozyskiwanie i analizowanie informacji dotyczących potencjalnych Klientów, rynku oraz konkurencji,
  • Realizacja KPI i planów sprzedażowych,
  • Rozpoznawanie i definiowanie potrzeb klientów,
  • Przygotowywanie ofert i prezentacji sprzedażowych,
  • Kształtowanie oraz dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek firmy,


Oczekiwania:
  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy w roli business development w sektorze sprzedaży usług,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość lokalnego rynku (firm produkcyjnych),
  • Samodzielność i determinacja w osiąganiu wyznaczonych celów sprzedażowych,
  • Język angielski umożliwiający swobodną komunikację biznesową,
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B,
  • Umiejętność właściwej identyfikacji potrzeb Klientów,
  • Umiejętność swobodnego prowadzenia negocjacji oraz rozmów z osobami decyzyjnymi na różnych szczeblach hierarchii firmy,
  • Wysoka kultura osobista i entuzjazm do pracy,
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i zarządzanie czasem,
  • Wytrwałość w dążeniu do realizacji celu i silna motywacja do sprzedaży,
  • Samodzielność i zdecydowanie w działaniu.
