- Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych Klientów,
- Sprzedaż usług outsourcingu procesów, pracy tymczasowej i rekrutacji stałych,
- Pozyskiwanie i analizowanie informacji dotyczących potencjalnych Klientów, rynku oraz konkurencji,
- Realizacja KPI i planów sprzedażowych,
- Rozpoznawanie i definiowanie potrzeb klientów,
- Przygotowywanie ofert i prezentacji sprzedażowych,
- Kształtowanie oraz dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek firmy,
- Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy w roli business development w sektorze sprzedaży usług,
- Bardzo dobra znajomość lokalnego rynku (firm produkcyjnych),
- Samodzielność i determinacja w osiąganiu wyznaczonych celów sprzedażowych,
- Język angielski umożliwiający swobodną komunikację biznesową,
- Prawo jazdy kat. B,
- Umiejętność właściwej identyfikacji potrzeb Klientów,
- Umiejętność swobodnego prowadzenia negocjacji oraz rozmów z osobami decyzyjnymi na różnych szczeblach hierarchii firmy,
- Wysoka kultura osobista i entuzjazm do pracy,
- Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i zarządzanie czasem,
- Wytrwałość w dążeniu do realizacji celu i silna motywacja do sprzedaży,
- Samodzielność i zdecydowanie w działaniu.
